So! Now you are excited about coming to Newcastle and you're ready to get your accommodation at House on the Hill booked and organised.

Which unit is for me?

Get your group organised (depending on which unit you feel will suit your needs.)

Unit 60- accommodates 4 students
Unit 62 –accommodates 6 students
Unit 62A –accommodates 4 students
Unit 62B –bed sitter –accommodates 1 student

Booking checklist

Step1. Download and read the House on the Hill - House charter.
Step 2. Download, print off, fill out and have signed your Parental guarantee form, then scan and email back to us (email address is on the form).
Step 3. Once received we will telephone parents to verify all information and make sure that we are all happy to proceed.
Step 4. Pay your booking deposit. Methods of payment are outlined in the download Payment options for pre-booking
Step 5. Once booking deposit has been received receipts are issued and the unit is officially booked.

Booking Deposits

Cancellation within:
30 days of lease start date - 20% forfeit
29 - 14 days of the lease start date – 50% forfeit
13 -7days prior to arrival - 75% forfeit
6 days –Arrival -100% forfeit

On signing of the lease- booking deposits will be transferred to Bond + weeks in advance to the equal value of deposited funds.
